This site is home to a book project about individuals with 22q11.2 deletion syndrome—a genetic disorder also known as DiGeorge syndrome (DGS), Velocardiofacial syndrome (VCFS) and Shprintzen syndrome.
In Quinn Bradlee’s autobiography, A Different Life, Speech Pathologist Robert Shprintzen explained that there are many success stories about people with this condition.
My goal is to uncover some of these stories so that others can learn what it's like to live with 22q from multiple points of view.
